Usage Licenses

Use of the bundle is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and incorporate the item in your personal or commercial projects. NativeBase Startup+ agrees in writing that the customer’s license can be transferable in the event of the sale of the entire company or the purchase of the company’s intellectual property assets.

With a Single License you can:

  • Create an End Product for Personal use.
  • Create an End Product for 1 (one) client where the End Product can be sold to that client for a one-time fee.
  • Create an End Product for your University/School.
  • Change the colors, elements, typography, and images.
  • Modify, change or manipulate the bundle. You can combine the bundle with other works and make a derivative work from it.

With an Extended License you can:

  • Create multiple End Products for Personal use.
  • Create multiple End Products for clients.
  • Create an End Product for your University/School.
  • Change the colors, elements, typography, and images.
  • Modify, change or manipulate the bundle. You can combine the bundle with other works and make a derivative work from it.

TL;DR

You can use our bundle to create any kind of Project, Website, Web App, Mobile App for both Personal and Commercial usage. The code and design files of the product can be accessed by single or multiple people from your team, depending on the type of license you choose.

You cannot

  • Redistribute the bundle or derivatives of the bundle separately from an End Product, neither in code nor as design assets. The compiled app can be distributed in the market though.
  • Share your access to the bundle with any other individuals
  • Create NativeBase Startup+ in another framework (like Flutter, Svelte, Vue, etc) and make it open-source or for sale.
