Usage License

Use of the bundle is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and incorporate the item in your personal or commercial projects. NativeBase Startup+ agrees in writing that the customer’s license can be transferable in the event of the sale of the entire company or the purchase of the company’s intellectual property assets.

With a Single License you can:

  • Create an End Product for Personal use.
  • Create an End Product for 1 (one) client where the End Product can be sold to that client for a one-time fee.
  • Create an End Product for your University/School.
  • Change the colors, elements, typography, and images.
  • Modify, change or manipulate the bundle. You can combine the bundle with other works and make a derivative work from it.

With an Extended License you can:

  • Create multiple End Products for Personal use.
  • Create multiple End Products for clients.
  • Create an End Product for your University/School.
  • Change the colors, elements, typography, and images.
  • Modify, change or manipulate the bundle. You can combine the bundle with other works and make a derivative work from it.

TL;DR

You can use our bundle to create any kind of Project, Website, Web App, Mobile App for both Personal and Commercial usage. The code and design files of the product can be accessed by single or multiple people from your team, depending on the type of license you choose.

You cannot

  • Redistribute the bundle or derivatives of the bundle separately from an End Product, neither in code nor as design assets. The compiled app can be distributed in the market though.
  • Share your access to the bundle with any other individuals
  • Create NativeBase Startup+ in another framework (like Flutter, Svelte, Vue, etc) and make it open-source or for sale.

General Definitions

  • bundle is a product created by the NativeBase Startup+ team that comes with source code and design files available to the Person after purchasing any of our licenses.
  • person is an individual who has purchased any of our Licenses.
  • End Product is an artifact (website, web app, mobile app, etc) produced that incorporates the item or derivatives of the Item.
  • End-User is a user of an End Product.
  • The client is an individual or company that receives custom services directly from the Person, produced specifically for that individual or company.

Note:

The ownership of the bundle remains with the NativeBase Startup+ Team. You are required to abide by the licensing terms to avoid termination in case of non-compliance with the agreed terms. In case of any query, you can write us at support@nativebase.io
